Delete your PockUp account and data

Deleting your account is permanent.
- Your account and all your entries are deleted from our database straight away.
- It can’t be undone. If you want a copy, export it first as Excel or PDF from Settings.
Option 1: In the Android app
- Open PockUp and go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. If you sign in with email, also enter your password.
- Tap Delete my account.
Option 2: On the web
- Sign in at app.pockup.in and open Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. If you sign in with email, also enter your password.
- Select Delete my account.
Option 3: By email
If you can’t sign in, email support@pockup.in from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my PockUp account”. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm the request. We will delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted

| Backups | Any copy is removed when the backup expires, and is never used to restore a deleted account |
We don’t keep any of your entries after deletion. You can sign up again later with the same email, but it will be a brand-new, empty account.
Only want to delete some data?
You don’t have to delete your whole account. Open History, tap an entry and choose Delete to remove just that entry. To stop reminders, turn off the daily summary in Settings.
